Exporter or importer in his business transaction has to deal with many government departments and government agencies. While doing so, they start welcoming troubles knowingly or unknowingly due to any right (legal) or (illegal) wrong action of government official.

If the exporter or importer feels that he / she is wrongly and illegally put into trouble by the government official, he / she can approach court of law to get the remedy. This is the source of the litigation.

Such litigation are great source of knowledge to gain for any International Business practitioner. It can help anyone welcoming any future coming problem teaching what is right and what is wrong by law point of view in International Business.

In teaching such cases and providing EXIM education / Import Export Education on case study basis, we are the first and pioneer in India to start with our such knowledgeable seminars. We deal in these seminars on practical basis i.e. students / participants by themselves come out with solutions by brain storming. They discuss on case and try to find out the best way out. The mentor is to guide them. Group of participants are divided into different groups like one group is working as exporter, second group acts as importer, the third group acting as importer’s bank, the fourth as exporter’s bank, the fifth as shipping line or Customs House Agent and likewise. Case is then put in front of them and they start discussion on it to come with solution.
